Rip off. Next time going somewhere else for oil change and you were suppose to call me. The reason why I would not recommend is because on my first appointment a week prior, the computers were down no one bothered to call me prior to my appointment. I showed up to my appointment only to fin first appointment a week prior, the computers were down no one bothered to call me prior to my appointment. I showed up to my appointment only to find out they can't work on my car. Secondly, when rescheduling the appointment I was told my car would need to be kept for several days because they would not be able to work on it right away. It was for a recall. The anti theft update. What is the point of an appointment if they can't work on my car for several days? The service department is just a mess. The day of the rescheduled appointment turns out it would be done later that day. Completely different information. Then when my car was completed the employee who brought my car handed me keys that were not mine. She left my car keys in the ignition and handed me a random key fob. Luckily I noticed before driving away. The employee had no idea she did that. Lastly, the sticker that was put on the passenger and driver's windows does the anti theft update was put on sloppy its very crooked. There was no effort to even attempt to try to put on straight. Both stickers on each side are somewhat of an eyesore. Just loopy work and lack of professionalism. More
