Everyone is nice and friendly in the service dept. The good ends there. Just to make an appointment it took me 20mins+ and being transfer 4 sperate times. This happens every time we try to schedule an appointment at this location. Set the appointment for a routine oil change and tire change early Saturday morning. The service took excessive amount of time 2hrs+. Why even offer a simple service that cant even be done in a timely matter? I don't even have a lift and could do this in less than 30 minutes in my driveway. Quick lube places provide better service. Absolutely pathetic. Going try to the other Red McCombs service center. You guys have wasted enough of my time. More

Waited 3 and half hours just for an oil change and tire rotation, then charged for the labor of 3 and half hours. Everyone else who came after me got their cars way before me and the people working on my c rotation, then charged for the labor of 3 and half hours. Service was good, cannot complain about that. I took it in for regular maintenance and they did a good job. However, when I start the car, there is a "vinegar" smell coming from the air ducts I took it in for regular maintenance and they did a good job. However, when I start the car, there is a "vinegar" smell coming from the air ducts and I asked if they could look at it, I was told that they had an opening to check it out in 2 weeks but that I would have to leave the car with them for the whole 2 weeks so they could look into it.
