Staff is WONDERFUL! I'm not crazy about the newly remodled location and the marked parking slots. The 'service parking' is by the bays but the location of the paperwor I'm not crazy about the newly remodled location and the marked parking slots. Suggest they make room for at least 2 car slots at the new building in the front by the highway access road. I parked in the 'car buyer' slot to save walking distance. Otherwise, Great dealership! Not super when communicating expectations. Felt like sales and maintenance were trying to tell a story and not necessarily the truth. Ultimately got the car back after 14 days. I have 2 new vehicles one Hyundai and a Kia 2 different dealerships. Red McCombs didn’t even wash and vacuum my new car when serviced, the dealership I purchased our Kia from washes and vacuums the car at dealerships.
