My vehicle had scratches and chips when fixed looked worse very disappointed looked like permanent marker and nail polish were used to fix the problem!! Once again RedCombs NW Hyundai I have to write review. Providing absolute poor service across the board. I dropped my car off with a check engine light. Service advisor noted I would like an oil chang Providing absolute poor service across the board. I dropped my car off with a check engine light. Service advisor noted I would like an oil change and tire rotation done at the same time. Estimated 3-5 days it will be ready. The free shuttle service took 2hrs+ to wait and to be car pooled home. I live 15mins away. No loaner car was provided for warranty work. We had to rent a car for a week. We arrive to pick up the car 8 days later. No oil change or tire rotation was completed. Service advisor made multiple non sense excuses for reasoning. No apologies for inconvenience. Clearly states on the work order services needed. It took a year after purchasing the vehicle to get a spare key from this dealership after calling monthly for it. Every time a xx excuse! Every time we scheduled maintenance. It takes multiple calls for an advisor to make an appointment. We get transfered constantly and get hung up on. Let's move on to the basic oil change and tire rotation. The last couple times scheduling early morning. It has taken 2.5-3hrs! My husband marked the lugged nuts and oil filter to see if they are even completing the service. We found out exactly what we thought. No tire rotation was performed sometimes and other times no oil filter was changed! Every time a complete headache and 1/2 day wasted dealing with someone from this dealership. Does not matter what dept. No one takes responsibility, can provide basic customer service or apology for any of time wasted. My family and I have bought over a dozen cars under the Recombs in the last couple of years. We are done! More
