I had an appointment for 10:00 for oil change and tire rotation. Didn’t get out of there until 12:30. I figured having an appointment would be a good thing. Service center staff has always been friendly and helpful. Scheduling maintenance is an easy, timely process. The staff always informs me of what maintenance is required, provides cost estimates and helpful. Scheduling maintenance is an easy, timely process.
