Came in for routine maintenance at 85,000 miles. Initially, was quoted almost $800 for service instead of the $289 shown online. Was told it would take 1-1/2 hours, but it took 2.25 hours. I will never buy a vehicle from red combs Hyundai northwest again, when it comes to used cars they don’t tell you if there’s a issues with the car before u buy it even if u ask is there any issues wi northwest again, when it comes to used cars they don’t tell you if there’s a issues with the car before u buy it even if u ask is there any issues with the car, they put a car on the lot that has car issues, that’s what happen when I bought a car for my daughter at your guys lot, I’m stuck with a car that is not safe paying a lot of money, what a shady place. I will take my business elsewhere planning to buy another car for my son soon it won’t be this dealership, service guy and dealership don’t communicate, I had to call couple of times about the car, just a bad experience, when it comes to new cars whole a lot different story, I wouldn’t recommend anybody going to this dealership.
