The service writer was friendly and knowledgeable with a can can do attitude. The waiting area exceeded my expectations, well stock ameities and accommodating. Hyundai red McCombs NW has had my vehicle there for over 6 weeks for an engine repair. They were very secretive with not mentioning costs for labor and extensive measures to diagnose issues with the engine. 6 weeks for an engine repair. Not to mention that Hyundai does not specify whether engine replacements will be covered or not until after doing the labor. The service manager was also not helpful at all and had a non caring attitude throughout. More
