The team was helpful and service completed same day. I believe the software update they performed will resolve the issue. It was my first time at this location. It’s on the smaller side but that’s not a bad thing. Took my new Tuscon hybrid in to get the "engine management system" warning light checked out. It came on while I was on a trip and the closest dealership turned it off and told me it was safe to d management system" warning light checked out. It came on while I was on a trip and the closest dealership turned it off and told me it was safe to drive but to get it checked out when I got home. I told the service man this when I took it in but all he put down was that the check engine was on. It had not come back on. Since there was no code and the light was off, all they did was drive the car a few miles and since the light did not come on, they gave the car back to me. The "myhuyndai app" still shows I have a problem, but they can't do anything. More
The servicer to upgrade my brake system on a recall showed that your dealership really is professional and caring about my time. I was in and out with only 1 cup of coffee and did not even get recall showed that your dealership really is professional and caring about my time.
