I sat for 3 hours before an update and spent 6 hours at the dealership. I was given no update until I asked for one after 3 hours - only then was progress made with my vehicle. No apology was given from any employee when I voiced my concerns, including Patrick, the manager who text me about my experience after. Horrific service. My service advisor was the worst and deserves a demotion. More
