Ok service, but no loaner available, took about 4 hours longer than predicted, and left our 6 mo. old car smelling like grease. After calling multiple times I never once got a return call to give me status of my car. I asked about a loaner and was told I would be put on a waitlist. I called again and then was told there were none call to give me status of my car. I asked about a loaner and was told I would be put on a waitlist. I called again and then was told there were none available. Everytime I called no one could give a straight answer. The car was at the dealership for 7 days just for a non working horn. Everyone I spoke to always seemed not know what was going on with my car. One would think with the business being around a long time, that better service and communication with the customer would be a major priority. More

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. There was coffee and snacks available. It was super clean and cold inside ( since we’re in almost 100 degree heat) .
