Your service department stinks—I scheduled a maintenance service for 10:30am Monday July 1st— checked in at 10:10, was told it would take about 1 hour, maybe 1 1/2 hour to complete— at about 12:00 I asked a service for 10:30am Monday July 1st— checked in at 10:10, was told it would take about 1 hour, maybe 1 1/2 hour to complete— at about 12:00 I asked about the status, was told my car was 5th in line ( 4 cars ahead of mine)—-I secured my car and left———the last time I had it serviced, the same thing—-I went to my local service site and had the car serviced The service with your company was the final complementary maintenance I had coming— I will not use your company again and will spread the word to everyone I can not to deal with Red McCombs Hyundai Northwest Miles Wolf More
