I arrived at 8:55 for my 9:00 appointment. I had an oil change and tire rotation and left at 10:35. WAY TOO LONG. Joe was my service advisor. He wasn’t there when I arrived and wasn’t there when I left. After waiting over an hour and a half, I got up and looked through the glass at the service desk. I saw my keys sitting there with no one doing anything about it. I went to the counter and asked another service advisor if he could give me my keys so I could finally get out of there. Without saying anything he took my paper work and checked me out. I’m done with this service department. The coffee, however, was good. More

Till the point of buying car, everyone is so much responsive but once Car is bought people will ignore and won't pay any attention. Oil change, tire rotation, alignment, and vehicle inspection took over four hours. And I had a service appointment. Even worse was that I told the service concierge that my wife told me she had a lig inspection took over four hours. And I had a service appointment. Even worse was that I told the service concierge that my wife told me she had a light that was out. Was told after service that they found no lights that didn't work. The left rear brake is still inop. Should have caught it during multi-point inspection AND/OR state vehicle inspection. On top of that, did not receive military discount even after I showed it to him at check-in. I have three Hyundai vehicles currently serviced at this location and a fourth previously. This was the first time with this concierge. Always had positive interactions with Eddie and Rueben. The cashier has always been professional and polite. Whenever there were issues, we worked them out. This concierge sends other people to the waiting room to deal with the customers. When things are running slow the concierge should meet with customer to provide explanation/update. Just my humble opinion. I said I would recommend this service center. That's because of prior good service, but not if something like this happens again. And I don't know who Alyssa in the Sales Department is, and why I have to rate her to submit my review. Because she has nothing to do with this and I don't want her to get in trouble, I'll give her five stars. More
