One of the worst service experiences I have ever had. I had an appointment to have my 2020 Sante Fe serviced. Even though I was there on time, I waited over 10 minutes to speak to a service advisor. Ther I had an appointment to have my 2020 Sante Fe serviced. Even though I was there on time, I waited over 10 minutes to speak to a service advisor. There were several people there but none of them seemed to be organized and ready to help a customer. They were to do a general inspection, oil/filter change, and rotate the tires. Nothing special. This shouldn't have taken two hours. On the way home we heard a scraping noise under the car. This started when we were about an hour from the dealership. Once we were home, I called the service department, and not knowing what the problem might be I was told to drive it back to the dealership so they could take care of it. I had just spent 4 hours of my day getting my vehicle serviced and they wanted me to drive for over an hour to bring it back not knowing if it was even safe to drive. Their commercials are a joke. They tell you they will do anything for the customer, vehicle related of course, but they won't send a tow truck. I was contacted the next day to see how I felt about my service experience. The person I spoke with said her report would go to all the managers and that I should expect a call from one of them. I never received a call! It cost me 6 hours of my time, my wear and tear to my vehicle, and fuel to take it back and have it repaired. I felt I was lucky to get an apology. This is not a dealership that will do anything for the customer. The service was not completed properly, and the employees don't seem to know what real customer service is. I asked to speak with the Service Manager and to the General Manager. Neither one seemed to have the time for me. More

Misdiagnosed my sonata stating that it needed a new transmission. Purchased a manufactured transmission and my car still doing the same thing. Operations director Patrick Stephens drove my car and did notice my car kickbacks when downshifting from 2-1. I informed him that that’s what it was doing prior. He told me he couldn’t figure out what it was. Told me to drive the car with premium gas to see if that would help. Of course it didn’t! Now I’m stuck with a reman transmission and a bill with the car still doing the same thing I took in for. Not a happy customer at alll!!!! I also called to see if I could drop of my car so that they could further investigate the issue. Guy stated the didn’t have enough evidence of the car still doing what it was for me to drop it off. Worst service I’ve had. guess I’m gonna have to gat a hold of my attorney and news this is not right. More
