Came in for routine maintenance at 85,000 miles. Initially, was quoted almost $800 for service instead of the $289 shown online. Was told it would take 1-1/2 hours, but it took 2.25 hours. The Dealership was great. My Saleman and the Mr. Oscar were quite good. In fact I have never dealt with better reps. Howeve,r the finance department was an absolute disaster. They asked for material I have never been asked to furnish for the purchase of any automobile. They wanted copies of my spouses income. They asked for copies of our social security card. It took forever to get the actual monthly payment. It was a very contentious business transaction. I almost just blew the whole thing off where the financing was concerned and paid the balance from the trad-in off. Quite irritating. More
