Everyone we worked with was professional, friendly, and honest. We needed a reliable vehicle for my wife's work and Hyundai checked off all her boxes in a car. We didn't complete the sale until late on a Saturday, but at no point did we feel rushed or pressured. Steven (Sales) took his time showing us various different models and trims and Roberto (Finance) was able to get us the warranty we needed. In addition, one of the reasons we chose this dealership is due their large service department, which will make follow-on service much easier on us. More

After calling multiple times I never once got a return call to give me status of my car. I asked about a loaner and was told I would be put on a waitlist. I called again and then was told there were none call to give me status of my car. I asked about a loaner and was told I would be put on a waitlist. I called again and then was told there were none available. Everytime I called no one could give a straight answer. The car was at the dealership for 7 days just for a non working horn. Everyone I spoke to always seemed not know what was going on with my car. One would think with the business being around a long time, that better service and communication with the customer would be a major priority. More

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. There was coffee and snacks available. It was super clean and cold inside ( since we’re in almost 100 degree heat) . The only complaint I have is that they did not reset my oil gauge so I am aware of my next oil change. I have no idea how to do it so I am having to search my guide. More
