Over a week ago, I emailed the General Manager about the poor service I experienced at the dealership but never received a response. I also spoke with a Customer Experience Representative, who said she the poor service I experienced at the dealership but never received a response. I also spoke with a Customer Experience Representative, who said she would pass my concerns along, yet I still haven’t heard back. When I visited, there was no proper greeting, I had to repeat myself to multiple staff members, and I was sent back and forth between departments without clear guidance on how to return my lease. Payment quotes for purchasing my vehicle dropped in minutes with no explanation, which felt misleading. I later learned the lease-return process should have been simple , just turning in the keys and receiving a receipt , but no one at the dealership could explain that. After over 10 years as a Hyundai customer, I was disappointed by how poorly I was treated. Ultimately, I purchased my car from Red McCombs Hyundai because another Hyundai dealership in Boerne had tried to take advantage of me previously, leaving me with no other choice. More
