I had been looking for a car since last November and finally narrowed it down to a Hyundai Tucson. I inquired online on a Wednesday evening and by the next morning, I had received a message from Raul G finally narrowed it down to a Hyundai Tucson. I inquired online on a Wednesday evening and by the next morning, I had received a message from Raul Garcia. I made an appointment to meet him during lunch. He met me at the door with a smile and had both vehicles ready for me to review (since he knew I was short on time). He was very patient with all of my questions and explained the differences between the two trims. That was a Thursday Before I left, I put down a deposit to hold the car and by Saturday -- I was finalizing the deal. Everyone at this location, from the receptionist (I didn't get her name), to the new car manager, Michael, to the finance manager, Ernest and of course, Raul, were top notch in their customer service skills. I'm very happy with my new Tucson SEL and have no hesitation recommending them (which I already did -- to my Lyft driver!!) and am actually looking bringing it to their location when I need any type of service. Took my new Tuscon hybrid in to get the "engine management system" warning light checked out. It came on while I was on a trip and the closest dealership turned it off and told me it was safe to d management system" warning light checked out. I told the service man this when I took it in but all he put down was that the check engine was on. It had not come back on. Since there was no code and the light was off, all they did was drive the car a few miles and since the light did not come on, they gave the car back to me. The "myhuyndai app" still shows I have a problem, but they can't do anything. More
