I received great service, and was treated with respect and courtesy. My service technician explained everything that was being done, and followed up with me afterwards to find out if I was happy with the and courtesy. This past experience shows I will not want to do business with a Red McCombs Hyundai dealership. I would give this dealership zero stars if I could. The only positive part is the communication from my servic with a Red McCombs Hyundai dealership. I would give this dealership zero stars if I could. The only positive part is the communication from my service advisor, but unsure if he was in the know when it came to my submission truthfully from the beginning, but there was some dishonesty in this experience, not sure why.
