Not sure how certified are the techs? I brought in my vehicle which was overheating and for at least a year, the issue wasn’t correctly diagnosed. After many expenses I just gave up and decided to try another dealership. Spent literally 5 thousand dollars only to find out the engine was the real issue . I’m lucky I hadn’t exceeded the 100, 000 miles on it and am currently in my 9 th year that finally Hyundai corporate agreed to replace the engine. A manufacturer defect that many Hyundai engines experience. I have purchased 4 new vehicles from this dealership. Very disappointed in the services offered. I guess being it’s family owned, and not corporate their incentives are structured to try and rip u off ! I hv finally decided to never do any business with this dealership again. Only reason I kept going back is because it’s close and convenient. They have no night drop offs! So why did I still recommend them ? Hopefully Patrick the service manager will take cue and start to treat their repeat customers better! Oh n there’s no warranty on their work . So if my replaced engine gives out ? I’m out of luck and will hv to Junk the vehicle! More

I travel about 45 minutes to specifically go to this Hyundai! I bought a used Hyundai and within the first week of having it I noticed sometimes the trunk wouldn’t latch properly so I got it serviced as Hyundai! I bought a used Hyundai and within the first week of having it I noticed sometimes the trunk wouldn’t latch properly so I got it serviced as soon as possible and they helped me with the issue I will say I did have to call to find out my car was done I would of liked an email or text when they finished but they did an excellent job fixing the issues I had and they finished it within the time period I needed before I was required to go back to work! I was extremely worried I was going to have to pay out of pocket for the trunk (even know I didn’t break it because I’ve only had the car a week) but fortunately they didn’t make me and covered it for me so this specific dealership 1000% earned my respect for doing me right My car may be a used car but it’s my first car so I appreciate the respect and car this dealership has given me as a whole Thank you Tony, Sherry, the sales manager and service area for all your help! 👍🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ More
