The dealer had my car for over 3 weeks to make a simple fix. I liked the people I dealt with--it wasn't their fault. But it took you way too long to fix the car. When I purchased my Hyundai Kona I was told I can purchase the certified warranty . When I took the Kona to get the warranty I was told the mileage was past the verified warranty expiration. That u purchase the certified warranty . When I took the Kona to get the warranty I was told the mileage was past the verified warranty expiration. That upset me. Then I was told I can get a lesser warranty for the same price. My husband came in and told the manager that if we do not get a warranty the same or better then we will return the Kona. After all the negotiations and several days we were able to get a better warranty. More

Every time when take my car for Service or to find out what’s wrong or it needs to be fixed they tell me every time that they need to keep the car for 10 days without a loaner . So they keep the car with what’s wrong or it needs to be fixed they tell me every time that they need to keep the car for 10 days without a loaner . So they keep the car with them for no reason parked in their parking lot while I stay home without a car . And then after ten days we are still at their mercy not knowing how many more days we will be without a car. Because of this situation the relationship between customer and service department are not that good.. I am very very unhappy customer. I wanted to trade in my car but I am doubting that. I would really appreciate it if the situation gets fixed and there is better service and more loaners. I really really love my car I would like stay with this otherwise . More
