Absolute worst experience we have had. Took our new Santa Fe for routine maintenance (oil change) and 2 recalls. They kept me vehicle (without notification) overnight, returned it to me to Took our new Santa Fe for routine maintenance (oil change) and 2 recalls. They kept me vehicle (without notification) overnight, returned it to me to only be back the very next day after a major oil leak. We had to have it towed back to the dealership where they stated they "fixed" it within 30min but we refused to accept it until a full diagnostic was done. 3 days later and I still have heard ZERO from the dealership, Steven Harwood (advisor), or Eddie Solis (manager). Completely unacceptable treatment and lack of communication from everyone in the service department. More
