No issues with appointment and was also asked if I wanted a car wash. Thankful they asked as it would have been approximately 90 more minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. Once the work is complete it seems to sit out ready waiting for the paperwork to be completed. Not sure why this seems to take an additional 20 minutes or more. More

Work performed as expected but cost of synthetic oil change with filter is high. Cost of cabin filter and engine airfilter replacement is high also. I understand that they need to make money to stay open but not from just one customer. Replacing the cabin and engine air filter takes 5 minutes to replace. Current labor rates are higher than what my doctor charges! More
