I came to have crossbars put on our rack on top. Mechanic would not believe they came with car and were paid for. He was planning on charging me $500. Plus for installation. They used to wash and vacumn my car every time I took it is for service. I fact I could take the car in just to get it washed and they would do it. The past 2 times I have had the car in for service they is for service. I fact I could take the car in just to get it washed and they would do it. The past 2 times I have had the car in for service they told me would take at least 3 hours. So of course I did not get it washed. Not good. More

Second time brought my vehicle in there both times it was not repaired. Very frustrating to take time off of work to go there to have.
