Only 1 of the 3 issues have been resolved so far. The bumper was painted as agreed after we purchased the 2021 Hyundai Tucson on 2/2/24. The other issue was the foggy headlight lens. I asked for $500 to be knocked off the purchase price but Service Manager said he would have the lens fixed! We agreed. The BCW systems stopped working on 2/3/24 the day we actually picked up the vehicle 5 minutes down the road. So much for Pre-certified vehicle checks! It's now 2/14/24 and I was informed that my vehicle was ready! The bumper was painted , Headlights were fixed and BCW was recalibrated! Hey, bumper looks good! Headlights lens are still foggy! The BCW system stopped working 5 minutes after driving away from the Dealership! Now I have to wait until 2/22/24 to get the Lens fixed or replaced, and how about another shot at the BCW system! I will keep you posted! BDWSR More
