I took my Kona in for a routine oil change and tire rotation and everything seemed normal afterward. A few days later, the low oil light came on and my vehicle experienced a severe loss of power. It had to be towed to the dealership and they reported that the oil drain plug was not present and there was no oil in the vehicle. Apparently, the tech had not secured the oil drain plug fully, so it was slowly leaking oil and eventually the drain plug fell off entirely, finishing the job. While I was waiting for my car during the initial appointment, I heard another customer say he was bringing his vehicle back in because his low oil light came on after an oil change too. Clearly their technicians are, in my view, quite careless! More

Do not buy a vehicle here. Do not buy a Hyundai. Stay far far away from here. Purchased 3 vehicles, the most recent one is brand new and has safety issues. With the safety feat Do not buy a Hyundai.
