Mr and Mrs Brooks I had our customer relations manager reach out to you to go over all the details of your purchase, and if you would like to discuss further, please call back on the cell number he left you. In regards to the interest rate on your purchase, there was a low APR short term as well as a 6.99% option that included an additional $1,750 rebate off the purchase price. The second option resulted in the lowest payment for you. In addition you purchased an extended warranty and insurance package that increased payment from the original agreed upon payments. We appreciate you making the long trip from Jacksonville to buy from us and we do value you as a customer. Your experience does matter to us. Please call us back if we can rectify your experience.
