We were pleasantly surprised with our sales person. Jacob aka Jake, was not pushy. He was actually very knowledgeable. I ended up purchasing the 2024 Santa Fe because of him. We looked at six other SUVs and did a lot of shopping online before returning to Red Hoagland Hyundai for the final test drive. It came down to two vehicles. Jake road with us during the last test drive because we asked him to come along. His honesty was refreshing. He asked all the right questions and walked us through the process of deciding what type of vehicle I needed at this point in my life. Smart! Our only disappointment was during the contract signing. We learned that the Hyundai 100 mile bumper to bumper warranty has three different levels of service. The dealership offers the lowest service warranty (which is free when you buy a car)but that warranty doesn’t cover EVERYTHING. So we ended up spending another $4000 for the Premium warranty and the prepaid Service warranty. I have to say that these should be explained up front to your customers so there is no surprises. My husband almost got up and walked out! I appeased him by not choosing ALL the extras offered and just buying what I knew I would need. All in all, we are mostly satisfied with our experience and would go back to this dealership because of the way they treated us and their employees. More
