Reynaldo Hernandez was a horrible Salesman. He had very little knowledge of the Product or Inventory. He was not friendly at all. He was more interested in his Phone the a horrible Salesman. Let me start out by saying that the staff is very nice and professional, unfortunately I had my vehicle in 4 times during the month of March, a total of 15 hours of wait time in order to complete the rep and professional, unfortunately I had my vehicle in 4 times during the month of March, a total of 15 hours of wait time in order to complete the repairs needed. On a side note, they allegedly had fixed a broken windshield wiper I had told them about, but the first time using it in the rain the wiper came flying off my car. That should NOT have happened.
