My daughter has a 2020 Palisade had front end alignment problem. It was under warranty supposedly and a vibration took it there. The service manager was very very rude to her. They did an inspection for in problem. It was under warranty supposedly and a vibration took it there. The service manager was very very rude to her. They did an inspection for inspection said she needed a front and alignment and a rear shock was leaking, but wasn’t bad. He said he was not going to put a rear shock on it cause it wasn’t that bad and did a front end alignment after I bought her new tires went to the general manager that said it wasn’t leaking that bad. Also the rear shock took the vehicle to another dealership that had to redo the front and the line cause it was done wrong And showed her that the rear shock was shot because it was a stiff as a board and they will not take care of it because it’s out of warranty now and the shock cost 200+ dollars think when you go to these people, they were nice to my daughter in the beginning and stabbed her in the back when she went out with service More
