Lied to us about car. Promised us that they where Lied to us about car. Promised us that they where going to replace the mirror and waited 3 weeks till the day of repair only to repair with touch Lied to us about car. Promised us that they where going to replace the mirror and waited 3 weeks till the day of repair only to repair with touch up paint. We just got a 2011 certified used Sonata with 7200 miles on it spent 18500 with the agreement that the mirror was going to be replaced due to damage on the mirror and to fix scraches in the paint where the owner hit something. What we got was touch up paint and a excuses why it was not being replaced. Told us the mechanic looked at it and it was not broken so they canceled the order That can't be true because the this was the first time we took the car back to have them fix the issues that was promised. When did he look at it ( today) ? That means that they never order the part or just didn't want to do it. Anything to get the sale but once the sale is over they can't deliver on what was promised! Also touch up paint looked very bad. NOT HAPPY We brought up those issues and still only gave us a excuse why it wasn't been replaced. That's not what we agreed to when we got he car. What that did do is repaint it but not replace it Still has damage on the mirror and this is a new car. Avoid the headache Buy somewhere else. More

In the past I have discovered that some dealerships & salespeople will try to show you what they want to remove from their lot...This transaction was flawless and this dealership is now my preferred dealership, which says a lot because in the past 12 years I have purchased 1111 cars; some for business some for pleasure...and in all my experiences in NJ, NY, NC, SC & FL...this was the best experience I have had in the 21st century. I went back there when I needed to purchase a new second car. My salesman was Fran DiMichele and I could not have had a more pleasant experience. He was very knowledgeable and was willing to take all the time we needed to make a decision. He allowed us to test drive several vehicles, even to the point of staying past closing time. We received a fair and honest value for our trade and the final price was more than fair. The biggest selling point was that there was no pressure from him or anyone in the dealership. I cannot say enough good things about this experience and would highly recommend Red Hoagland and in particular Fran DiMichele. We love our new 2013 Sonata Limited and look forward to many miles of pleasurable driving. More
I am one of those women internet shoppers that dealers hate but I just don't have the time to play the games and go back and forth. I go on the internet and tell the dealers I want the best price and if t hate but I just don't have the time to play the games and go back and forth. I go on the internet and tell the dealers I want the best price and if they tell me MSRP or even close I am done. So we had two Honda's both coming off of warranties and one started having trouble with the transmission so the Honda dealership wanted almost $1000 to take a look and tell us what it would take. At that point we were done with them. Time to move on to another brand and I was in a hurry. Lucky to get Fran and he knew I would just move on unless he could get my attention. I also was greeted by Justin (an owner)and that made me feel as if they cared more than just selling another Hyundai. He went out of his way for me as a neighbor and a potential customer and that made me think they would care if I did have a problem. Fran was patient while I went back and forth trying to decide on which car to buy for my husband who was overseas. I finally selected one in a color they didn't have but were happy to bring in and I was done. Lee in Finance was nice, explained things about the warranties and no pressure. I have to say it was a nice experience. So at the moment I am shopping for another car to replace my Honda CRV. The Tucson is on my list so if I go with that I will post again and tell you about that experience. More
I purchased a new Elantra from Red Hoagland. I could not have been treated any better. From the time I stepped onto the lot, to driving off in my new car everything was perfect. After I purchased the car, Jim even took time to make sure I knew how to use all of the control features. He even set up my cell phone to work with the bluetooth that came with the car. I had a great experience with Red Hoagland in 2009 when I purchased a 2008 Elantra. Of course, when I was ready to trade in the Elentra for a new model in 2011, I went back to Red Hoagan. Jose Aguirre helped purchased a 2008 Elantra. Of course, when I was ready to trade in the Elentra for a new model in 2011, I went back to Red Hoagan. Jose Aguirre helped me with the process. He is very knowledge about Hyundai and helped me sort through my choices while keeping to my budget. I purchased the 2012 Sonata. I am extremely happy with my choice. As a consequence I recommended a friend to Jose who also purchased a 2012 Sonata. Thank you! Jose. The service department at Red Hoagland is also top notch. They are efficient and through.
