A very bad experience with this dealer - they are not trustworthy and treat their customers very very badly. The worst company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with in my entire life Maybe the trustworthy and treat their customers very very badly. The worst company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with in my entire life Maybe the owner of the company doesn't realise how his employees behave towards their customers ... if he did then surely he would fire some of them!! He seems impossible to reach ... I wonder why!! Go elsewhere to buy any vehicle ... there are better choices to to be made than this dealership In my opinion, they are dishonest and disreputable After further research it seems that many people have suffered a similar terrible time in dealing with them More
I purchased a used car from Red Hoagland. A month after I bought the vehicle, as I was sitting in my car I noticed a small amount of black tape applied to the glass in the MPH/odometer area. Upon peeling off bought the vehicle, as I was sitting in my car I noticed a small amount of black tape applied to the glass in the MPH/odometer area. Upon peeling off the tape, I was appalled to find that beneath the black tape was the "service engine" light which was LIT. I then took my car into Red Hoagland and confronted a sales manager with my finding who then explained to me that "sometimes when people trade in a car, they put tape over service lights in order to get a better deal on a trade in". If I am to believe this story, that would mean this car passed their "full inspection" with tape still intact over the engine light. I find it unbelievable that a dealer who knows that these tactics exist, would not look for tape over service lights BEFORE they buy a trade-in and BEFORE they resell it. They offered to service the car at 50% of cost, yet they were 100% at fault. I declined, i do not trust them to service my car in an honest manner. More
