Online Deal The beginning of this purchase was made via Red Hoagland online deals. I made quotes on 2 vehicle and accepted the deal on this vehicle. When I arrived at the dealer the next morning, I was informed that the salesman who made the quote was not at work that day. The sales manager assigned Shane Gaines to handle my purchase. There was a discrepancy as to what I was quoted for discounts and what I could actually receive (such as $1000 loyalty/competitor discount from Hyundai). Although Hyundai makes KIA, they do not recognize my KIA Sedona as a loyalty vehicle eligible for discount. My salesman (Shane Gaines) was very apologetic about his discrepancy, and he worked diligently with the sales manager to obtain an agreeable solution by both parties. If Shane had not taken this effort to satisfy the customer, I would have walked away from the sale and gone to another dealer. More
