Ownership and management trained the staff well to make sure customers got fair, honest, and courteous treatment. A very well run place. Honest auto dealers really do exist! I finally met one.The salesman I worked with, Ken Felton, was superlative, no pressure, answered my questions directly and truthfully. I asked a question Ken wasn't certain of but he went and came back with a detailed and complete answer for me. And it wasn't a major question, but was important to me. Impressive! I will undoubtedly work with Ken and Red Hoagland in the future and highly recommend both the dealership and Ken to all. More
