I had a great experience at Red Hoaglund Hyundai. Kiel was a total professional and answered my numerous questions about the vehicle and the Red Hoagland sales process. I scheduled my arrival date and time with a schedule constraint that was fully respected and honored. With the help of Jason in Finance I was out the door and in my new Hyundai in record time. The salesperson was well-informed and eventually took care of all my concerns. He was able to locate the exact vehicle I wanted. I am pleased with his responses to my concerns. The paperwork for the loan was not shown to me by the finance personnel before I signed it. I was told the monthly payment and the number of payments due. It was handed to me in a sealed envelope. It wasn’t til I opened it at home that I realized the terms and what had been sold to me as extras were not what I wanted. I returned the following day to clean up the contract. I ended up with a longer term than I wanted but the extras were removed as requested. If the finance person had printed and shown me the line items in the contract prior to my signing an electronic tablet agreeing to the terms a whole lot of time and energy could have been saved and the length of payments would have been 48 instead of 72. More
