Andrew, the salesman, was very pleasant over the phone and showed interest in facilitating a good match between person and car. He was friendly and patient and accommodating when my friend and I went to the dealership and took the car for a spin. While we asked many questions and thoroughly scrutinized the vehicle, he demonstrated the perfect balance of presence and distance, enabling us to find out all we could about the car with no pressure whatsoever. Since we saw the car before it was ready for show, Andrew arranged for it to be detailed after purchase. It was immaculate inside and sparkling outside when it was time to bring it home.
