SO DISAPPOINTED !!!! Our salesman Tanner was great in helping us find the truck my husband wanted. Once all money and paper work had been taken care of , an agreement to c Our salesman Tanner was great in helping us find the truck my husband wanted. Once all money and paper work had been taken care of , an agreement to change the oil and fill fluids was made between the salesman and my husband. True to his word he picked up the truck and returned it in a timely manner. the next day my husband and I looked under the hood to find nothing had been done. I took pictures and took the truck to another location for the oil change. To our surprise nothing had been done. actually had a front crank seal so evident that had the oil change been done their Technicians would have had to seen it. I proceeded to call and text Tanner. He claimed there was nothing he could do , due to the fact that his Technicians claimed the leak was not present at the time of the oil change., Basically calling me a liar. So I lodged a complaint with BBB and a Derek Franco returned my call, which I appreciated. After explaining he agreed to look into the matter and did mention " He was willing to go BAT for me , but the repairs would have to be done with their Technicians." I replied... " no way!" " You expect me to take it the same Technicians that lied and probably have no certifications in dealing with diesel engines?" He replied, " I understand but we are not about to cut a check to have it repaired else where... never have and won't start now." Told him fine I would have to find a different route to handle this problem. I am also calling who ever will listen, they claim to have had my vehicle already inspected... yet, my rear brakes were almost metal to metal, windshield wipers extremely worn, turn signal bulb burned out... no way this vehicle could legally pass inspection. Get ready to see my posting on Face Book, I have dated picture proof of the so called oil change they claimed to have done ... Warning .. to anyone looking to purchase a used or new vehicle from them... DO NOT BELIEVE THEM .... do your own research before buying from them... I didn't ... and now I am paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket. More
