He took his time with us to make sure we were confident with our decision without feeling rushed, especially since we were there past closing. He and the rest of his team worked with us on pricing and we left happy with our purchase. Also, when we took it for a test drive, we noticed that the alignment was slightly off. Instead of just telling us something bogus, they kept the car overnight and had their service department look into it. When we came back the next day to pick it up, the car was washed, plates were on and the alignment was fixed. Thank you Troy and the rest of the team for making the process an enjoyable one. More

LOVE THIS DEALERSHIP! I am a return customer. I have raved about Raymond Kia since my 1st auto purchase. I love every aspect of this dealership with the exception of 1 t I am a return customer. I have raved about Raymond Kia since my 1st auto purchase. I love every aspect of this dealership with the exception of 1 thing. I left 2 voicemail msgs. (recently) on 2 different days as I was concerned about the payoff amt. being settled with my previous financial institution. They called me to say after one week it was not paid. I called 'finance' at Raymond Kia to inquire about when it would be paid and asked to have my call returned. I 'never' got a call back. I called ALLY financial and they told me it was paid off on 3/5/15. It would've been nice that my concerns were taken more seriously. More
