LOVE THIS DEALERSHIP! I am a return customer. I have raved about Raymond Kia since my 1st auto purchase. I love every aspect of this dealership with the exception of 1 t I am a return customer. (recently) on 2 different days as I was concerned about the payoff amt. being settled with my previous financial institution. They called me to say after one week it was not paid. I called 'finance' at Raymond Kia to inquire about when it would be paid and asked to have my call returned. I 'never' got a call back. I called ALLY financial and they told me it was paid off on 3/5/15. It would've been nice that my concerns were taken more seriously. More
