He felt I should be concerned and promptly called a dealer Joe Schustteff, and he assisted me in a purchase of a vehicle that I now trust! I feel safe again!! Cory will be my go to service consultant with my new purchase!! I Trust him!! Thank You Cory!! Tony, my Sales Manager honored a request (money for my newish tires!) I always have new tires when I traded in the past. Tony is the first to grant my request!! I’m extremely thankful for that small request I had. He applied money to my deposit per my request a small gesture that made the dif for me!! I’m stubborn too! Thank you again to all involved. Dealers screw people, I question a few things, over all. They took care of me! I appreciate that! A single woman who needed a bone… RaymondKia of Antioch gave me a bone. I had been car shopping for approximately 2 months prior to finding Raymond Kia. During that time, the excitement and anxiousness that comes with shopping for a new car quickly turned into frustration and d to finding Raymond Kia. During that time, the excitement and anxiousness that comes with shopping for a new car quickly turned into frustration and disappointment. "MARKET ADJUSTMENT". This is a very familiar phrase to those looking to buy a new car in the last several months. Two words that seem harmless enough, but boy do they pack a punch. Sadly, the explanation for these charges don't come with the same amount of oomph! Understandable. Can't be good for business to tell customers you're flat out taking advantage of them. Luckily, I found Raymond Kia. It was a breath of fresh air to be dealing with honest, ethical, and transparent people. I couldn't be any happier with the whole process. Joe was great. Had great communication with him from beginning to end. He answered any questions I had and really went out of his way to provide exquisite service.
