Pete Radziuk provided excellent customer service and made sure all my concerns were taken care of. He let me know promptly the diagnosis of my maintenance issues and what the cost would be and delivered my c sure all my concerns were taken care of. He let me know promptly the diagnosis of my maintenance issues and what the cost would be and delivered my car when promised. All of my driver maintenance warnings went away and my car looks like new even though it is 12 years old. I'm totally satisfied with the service I got and I will be returning to Raymond Chevrolet for ant future maintenance needs. More

Only there to sell cars Back in 2016, I bought a Brand new 2016 Silverado from Raymond Chevrolet and had a great salesman. However, their service and service manager were Back in 2016, I bought a Brand new 2016 Silverado from Raymond Chevrolet and had a great salesman. However, their service and service manager were the worst when it come time to do work on my truck. They gave me a hard time about getting a loaner and basically told me to get lost, and that they didn't want my business. I wrote the General Manager an email about my experience and he never contacted me nor did he try to win my business back. They don't seem to care about the customer, only about selling cars. Martin Chevrolet in Crystal Lake now has my business. More
