Overall, dealership wasn't bad. Customer service is awful. I found this dealership as they advertised a car that I was specifically interested in. It was easy enough to find and the woman I first dealt with, Jessika, was very attentive and great to work with. She was the one who actually responded to my email through Mike Utter's account and she was the one who actually requested the vehicle to be brought to their location. The first vehicle was not the correct one so they had to go back and get the correct one. Mike did all my paperwork and did the finishing up on my deal. Signed the papers and everything seemed ok. When I contacted the dealership about a warranty problem I was directed to a different location that had no idea why I was sent to them as it was an issue I'd have to take care of with the location of purchase. Fine. I tried calling back and it was insisted that I had to contact the other dealership, leaving me stuck in the middle of the two and with a problem with my 2017 purchase. Frustrated, I finally called a completely different, local dealership that said they would be happy to look at the issue. Long story short, it's not covered by the factory warranty, but should be taken care of by the dealer who sold it. Numerous emails and voice messages left for Mike Utter, as he always seems to be 'out of the office' later and a month and I've still not heard a peep from anyone at this dealership. An extremely pissed off customer could have turned into two more very easy sales with simply reaching out. I'd have happily accepted the answer that it's not something that they are willing to cover and I would have been happy to go on about my merry way and my husband would have purchased 2 brand new trucks from them. I had already scoped them out during the 4 hours I was at the dealership waiting to get things situated. Instead, they have left a customer with a bitter taste in their mouth and a willingness to steer everyone she knows about the very poor customer service provided. More
