We dropped her car off at Ray Skillman Ford in Greenwood where we purchased it. It was there when we told Lindsay what was going on. She contacted Brian Cecil, who contacted us.Brian told us not to worry, and that he would take care of it. HE DID. Thanks to Lindsay,Brian,Miles, and Dave for working together to solve our problem. This is just another example of the teamwork you will find at Ray Skillman Ford. This, along with many other positive reasons, is why my wife and I have come to Ray Skillman for the last 20 yrs.and will continue in the future. Great Job Ray Skillman Performance Ford!!! More
I had my 2009 Lincoln MKZ repaired at Ray Skillman Collision Center. The car had $16,200 in front end damage and Ray Skillman identified to the insurance company that they could fix it. I went to see Collision Center. The car had $16,200 in front end damage and Ray Skillman identified to the insurance company that they could fix it. I went to see the car on their lot prior to repairs and found my old car parts laying on my leather passenger seat. I noticed I now had water spots from these parts because the accident happened in the rain. After approximately 60 days I went to pick up my car, but I had to refuse to take possession of it because the bumper and fender that should be mounted flush were offset approx 1/4"-1/2" and the top of the grill was not parellel with the hood causing a larger gap on the driver's side of the car. The Ray Skillman rep said "yeah, I see it is not mounted right but we fixed your airbag light problem." The second time I went to pick up my car I opened the trunk to find a large pile of dirt that needed to be vacuumed and I had to ask that the missing screws be put into my skidplate because it was hanging under the car by one screw. After seven days I had to return the car for additional repairs because when the steering wheel airbag was replaced it was not assembled properly and the buttons on the right side of the steering wheel did not work plus there were scratches on my gauge cluster. After these repairs were completed I took the car on a vacation from Indiana to New Mexico and experienced a hard shifting transmission. While driving through Oklahoma at night I found my driver's side headlamp was pointed 10ft in front of the car and at the center line while my passenger's side headlamp was pointed 50ft in front of the car and off the road. While in the Texas panhandle and heat of approximately 102 degrees the A/C went out and came back on three times. When I got to New Mexico I went to a Lincoln dealership and had the headlamps aligned properly but they could not find an issue with the A/C because it was working at the time. On the way home the A/C quit once again but came back on. We have traded the car and hope no one else goes through these issues. I do not recommend this repair center. More

On Jun 9th 2010 I had a 100,000 mile service done at Ray Skillman Ford in Greenwood Indiana this was $966.00. 2 weeks later I had issues with the truck misfiring and not going over 60mph. I returned it Skillman Ford in Greenwood Indiana this was $966.00. 2 weeks later I had issues with the truck misfiring and not going over 60mph. I returned it and three coil packs were replaced for $496.18. About 2 weeks later the engine started losing power again so I returned it and I was told it was a faulty spark plug. This was repaired at no charge. 15 October 2010 it began doing the same thing. I was in Cleveland Ohio and had to drive back to Cloumbus Ohio doing 45-55mph. I took the vehicle to Germain Ford of Columbus. A few hours later they told me I had a broken valve spring and that it was damaging my coil packs. They also told me it should have been diagnosed from the start and repaired. I spent alot of money on substandard repairs and I felt I was owed some type of partial refund. The Ford Company in Columbus stated that as well. I am a US Soldier and rarely complain but the whole process was frustrating. Contacted the head of Ford and they said dealerships are privately owned so contact them. I did that and they said "oh ok we will check into it" and of course you know they never called back. The worse Fu@@king dealership I ever dealt with. Would not own up to their neglect and mistakes and a Soldier payed the price! More
I took my car in for shifting trouble. They said it was the clutch disc which is a "wear" part. Fine, I had to pay for the repair. When I picked it up it was still having the same problem and I couldn't the clutch disc which is a "wear" part. Fine, I had to pay for the repair. When I picked it up it was still having the same problem and I couldn't even drive it away. I feel they forced to "wear" repair on me without checking for the real problem. The car only has 30,000 miles on it. The clutch disc shouldn't have been that badly worn with such low mileage. More
