Pleased. This dealership seems to be much better. I only had an oil change done, but was very pleased. Easy to schedule (then reschedule), and a very quick and pleasant check in. I bring my own synthetic oil, and they charged a fair price for just providing the filter and labor. I'll be happy to return for my next service. More

Other than continual bad news.................... I called Greg Kaiser on the spur of the moment about a problem with the front end of my Toyota Corolla and he got me in right away. The problem was I called Greg Kaiser on the spur of the moment about a problem with the front end of my Toyota Corolla and he got me in right away. The problem was immediately diagnosed as a rotor issue, and they were able to make the adjustment on the present rotors, saving a bundle. But they found an issue with the axel boot having deteriorated, and allowing grease to escape. That was another unexpected cost..........followed by a tire problem! Greg and I discussed the issues and he had me leave the car (providing me with a loaner in the meanwhile) to be repaired in full by the next day. I'm happy to say the mechanic was able to handle all the issues and I retrieved my car the next day........and the bill was lower than I expected! Service and customer consideration were great - and I highly recommend this service center. More
