I initially spoke with a salesman and we could not come to an agreement. A couple days later, I emailed an offer for a 2013 GMC Acadia. They accepted the deal via voicemail AND email. I arrived to the dealership to close the deal and they had only included half of the deal in the write up. The sales manager indicated the sales rep made a mistake and he was not willing to stand by the deal, that the rep said was approved by the GMC manager. The sales manager acknowledged he understood the deal that I had proposed, but there was some mis-communication between the rep and the sales manager's boss when it was kicked up to him. I emailed the dealership general manager twice, the last one more than a week ago, and have not received a response from him. I'm very disappointed with their unwillingness to stand by a deal that was negotiated in good faith. More

My wife and I visited Ray Skillman after visiting a few other places and were very pleasantly surprised at what a great experience we had. We actually had almost gotten a bad deal from another dealership t other places and were very pleasantly surprised at what a great experience we had. We actually had almost gotten a bad deal from another dealership that was trying to sell us a flood car (without disclosing that) but luckily we noticed the rust and sand and walked away. At Ray Skillman we worked with Justin Fendley and had an awesome experience. He was friendly, laid-back, and not at all pushy. We were interested in a Ford Focus and he encouraged us to drive it a lot (we did two test drives) and answered all our questions thoroughly. The car was in great condition and passed our inspection with flying colors. Justin also worked out a great deal with us and actually helped us come in under budget. We are super-happy and would absolutely go back to work with Justin on any future car needs. Thanks! We're happy. More

Justin went beyond his job for me. He replied to my text in interest of a car I found online n looked it up on his day off work! He met with me at your Kia dealership for the mustang I purchased. Having finally come to the conclusion that it was time to trade in the old Daewoo (my very first car) and search for a new car that was affordable, safe, and up to my standards, Justin was probably the great trade in the old Daewoo (my very first car) and search for a new car that was affordable, safe, and up to my standards, Justin was probably the greatest help I could have found. He has a very relaxed demeanor that's a delight to deal with when doing business - I didn't feel pressured to buy something I didn't want. He spent hours with me looking for the right car (that's saying a lot considering how picky I was) and it wasn't like he was going to be making a large profit from my purchase so I was really grateful to still have the same outstanding service I received regardless of how much I spent.
