I found a used vehicle I wanted to test drive at Ray Skillman Southside Imports and from the minute I got out of my car at the dealership, the service I received was phenomenal! I had the opportunity to work with David Brown and Spencer Hoagland. They were fabulous and EXTREMELY helpful. Not once did I ever feel like they were pushing me into buying a vehicle or pressuring me in any way. They answered all my questions and let me drive several vehicles on the lot. Overall it was completely the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle and I've bought my fair share. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from these young men. On this service visit, I mentioned to Greg Kaiser that I may be interested in trading to a leased vehicle, and he offered to set me up to meet with Joe Dowler. Joe worked hard to find out what features I was looking for in the new Kia Soul, and helped me determine which of the new models was perfect for me. There was no pressure to "overbuy", Joe and the finance team helped me accomplish my goals - new model under warranty, keep my choices simple, monthly payment goal bettered, and I drove the car home the same day! The staff really communicate and work together to make this a positive transaction. More
