Other than continual bad news.................... I called Greg Kaiser on the spur of the moment about a problem with the front end of my Toyota Corolla and he got me in right away. The problem was I called Greg Kaiser on the spur of the moment about a problem with the front end of my Toyota Corolla and he got me in right away. The problem was immediately diagnosed as a rotor issue, and they were able to make the adjustment on the present rotors, saving a bundle. But they found an issue with the axel boot having deteriorated, and allowing grease to escape. That was another unexpected cost..........followed by a tire problem! Greg and I discussed the issues and he had me leave the car (providing me with a loaner in the meanwhile) to be repaired in full by the next day. I'm happy to say the mechanic was able to handle all the issues and I retrieved my car the next day........and the bill was lower than I expected! Service and customer consideration were great - and I highly recommend this service center. More

We have purchased several of our vehicles from Ray Skillman over the last 30 years and have always come back because of the attention and service we have received. I do not enjoy buying vehilcles so it is nice to have a staff that understands our needs and concerns and does not try to sell us something we cannot afford or need at this time.
