He made us feel very comfortable through out the whole process and it was a breeze. This was our first time doing business with any Ray Skillman location and I am glad that we chose to go to them. We were also speaking with someone from Carmax but in the end the car that Joe found for us was the perfect fit and it was a better deal than what Carmax was offering us. We will highly recommend Ray Skillman dealerships and specially Joe Dowler to everyone of our friends. We even got the extended warranty and Joe scheduled our first oil change at the dealership which is a lot cheaper than we expected it to be so we will be taking our car in to them every time it needs a maintenance check up. Pleased. I'm new to the area from Cleveland, and very unimpressed with the Kia dealers back there, enough so that I've considered not looking at Kia in the fut I'm new to the area from Cleveland, and very unimpressed with the Kia dealers back there, enough so that I've considered not looking at Kia in the future. This dealership seems to be much better. I only had an oil change done, but was very pleased. Easy to schedule (then reschedule), and a very quick and pleasant check in. I bring my own synthetic oil, and they charged a fair price for just providing the filter and labor. I'll be happy to return for my next service. More

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Ray Skillman, with Robert Taddari This is the first negative review I've ever given, and only because I'm so...upset? I have purchased 2 vehicles from Ray Skillman, with Robert Taddario as my salesman. He is amazing, super understanding, not pushy, and very willing to work with me when my credit was far from great. My most recent purchase was almost two years ago. However, last week a gentleman named Mark called me and said, " I am looking at your file, it looks like you have a really high interest rate right now. Whould you be interested in refinancing?" I said yes, I had. He stated, " I could get you in a new care for less than you pay now, or lower the payment on what you have now". I asked what the process to refinance was and he told me they didn't even need to run a credit check, it only took a couple minutes. So, I go to the dealership (and sit for two hours!) for them to run my credit without telling me, and tell me, "we don't refinance current cars, only get you a new one", and offer me a 2016 car for more than I pay now. When I told him the only reason I came in was to pay less, I don't want a new car, he said "but it's 6 years newer". Cool! What an incredible waste of time! Oh! and the best part, I checked my credit today and it went down 5 pts. because of the four new hard credit inquiries. Thanks Ray Skillman, I had worked so hard to better my credit, for you to lie to me and run it when I made it clear I was not interested in buying a new car. More

Exceptional Service! My husband and I have had many experiences with car dealerships some good some bad but we've never experienced the outstanding service we received whe My husband and I have had many experiences with car dealerships some good some bad but we've never experienced the outstanding service we received when we dealt with Mike and Ray Skillman. We weren't in the market for a new vehicle at all we came to help my mother in law out, we didn't have any idea that no only my mother in law but we would drive away with a new truck. Mike made it so easy it was almost too good to be true. We thank him for his outstanding service and his dedication to us. We didn't/and we don't feel like we were just another sale. Mike is a gem and I refer my family and friends to him. Keep up the good work Mike we are sure to come back! More

So point being we have been here 20 min. handed off to two salesman cussed to very upset at this point left to go to lunch. during lunch original salesman called me asked if I would come to talk to him agreed to see him very nice man he was the only reason we even decided to ever go back to your dealership --name of the best salesman you have is MR DAVID BROWN!! he made a sale for you that day also had a very good experience with DOUG MAGNUSEN in finance.
