Kia Service Department I’m writing this review in hopes that there might be some policy changes in regards to the service technicians and the way they do things. I brought m I’m writing this review in hopes that there might be some policy changes in regards to the service technicians and the way they do things. I brought my Kia in for 30k warranty check. I pick my Kia up and I now have scratches on my front fenders from the technicians belt buckles or something else. Mike was able to buff most of them out however I’m still left with a scratch that is deep. This is the 2nd time I have had issues with the service technicians not paying attention. Last time they had to replace my door handle. Now I get to wait for Adam Franks to call me and schedule time for the scratch to be fixed. I just paid 380.00 to now have to come back. Who will be paying me for my time since it’s valuable as well. I just paid the technicians 204.00 out of that 380.00 for their labor! Where is the decency of respecting someone else’s belongings? The only good news out of this is Kourtney Bradshaw was great! She actually understood our concerns and was sympathetic. On a side note, as my car was getting serviced, looked at the Telluride and test drove. The salesman Mac smelled of straight alcohol (vodka)and was not helpful at all. Chris the used car salesman definitely thought I was stupid and only offered me 11-13k for my 2017 Kia Spoetage that is AWD with 30k miles. He said he would sell it for around 18k. He had already pulled up my information on what I owed while I was on test drive. So now salesman can pull up what you owe without your knowledge???? Disappointed, disrespectful, and I will never buy a car from a Ray Skillman dealership ever again. More

I was already approved I purchased a new car from the Ray Skillman KIA dealership on US 31 in Greenwood last week. The entire team did an awesome job! I was already approved for financing through my credit union, but the Finance Manager asked if I would let him see if he could get me a better rate. I agreed to let him reach out to other lenders and he was able to get me a batter rate along with a fantastic warranty! I was so impressed with everyone, they are kind, and very knowledgeable! Blessed beyond belief. I have had so much that has happen this year. I just had a baby and needed a car that was safe and reliable. I have bought cars from ma and pop shops I have had so much that has happen this year. I just had a baby and needed a car that was safe and reliable. I have bought cars from ma and pop shops (my credit is horrible from medical bills). But those kinda cars just buy problems. Arron and Dakota did wonders for me. They did not rush, they we're upfront and honest. Most importantly, didn't shut the door bc of my credit. I didn't have hardly anything to put down for a car, but thanks to Dakota I'm now driving a 2014 Kia soul. It's the perfect mom car for my daughter and I. Also, driving to work knowing I won't be stranded. So many great things when buying from them. They do a budget plan so you don't go broke also you get a free oil changes and more. I recommend anyone in a rut or looking for a car to check out Arron or Dakota for help! I'm blessed To have gotten their help!!!! More
