We wanted to get out of the house so we decided to go to the Labor Day tent sale just to look around. Dylan Deford greater us and we told him our situation. He immediately made us comfortable and not pressured to have to buy. His business partner Clay explained to us that there is hope and they will do what they can to get us out of our current vehicle. With the help of Mike in financing and they did it. Not once did any of them make us feel like we had to buy nor made us feel bad for our situation. They let us know that there is options and they were going to do everything they could to make it possible. I highly recommend going to Dykan and Clay for your next vehicle. More

Service center I bought a Mitsubishi Outlander from them, after driving for a while there was a loud thump noticed on the front drivers side. I took it into the ser I bought a Mitsubishi Outlander from them, after driving for a while there was a loud thump noticed on the front drivers side. I took it into the service center, everyone was very nice and helpful. It took the mechanic several times to figure out where it was but he stuck with it until it was fixed. During this time they kept my SUV for several days during this time they gave me a loaner to drive. I want to thank the staff and esp the mechanic who spent countless hours figuring out where the noise was. I will continue to have my car serviced here. Very friendly and honest. More

Best Dealer Experience Ever Today I purchased a 2017 Kia Sportage SX AWD from Ray Skillman South. I looked for over 2 months for the exact color that I wanted. Every time I locat Today I purchased a 2017 Kia Sportage SX AWD from Ray Skillman South. I looked for over 2 months for the exact color that I wanted. Every time I located one on auto trader, it had already sold. Clay Williamson was phenomenal with getting the exact car I wanted. He located one, dealer traded for it and had it at their dealership within 7 hours of me speaking with him. He held it for a day and a half until I could make the hour drive to get it. We originally only spoke via email or text so I met him for the first time today. He was very upbeat and professional throughout the entire process. I have had 20 cars in my lifetime and this was by far the best overall experience that I have ever encountered. The finance guy Ken Somerville was amazing as well. Most of the finance guys I have dealt with over the years try to add on a bunch of stuff like gap insurance and pressure you to take it. He didn't even talk about it (we said we didn't want it) or try to sneak it in. It was cut and dried. Overall this was the best experience from beginning to end that anyone could ask for.
