Even though this was a large investment which can be very difficult , he was excellent in explaining exactly what the bottom line would be. They both also offered extra items to ensure our investment was taken care of in the future. So many of our our experience with other car dealerships have not been good. Unless you buy a big ticket vehicle they don't want to deal with you.
