He made sure to ask what our needs were for our family and provided his expert professional suggestions and we are in love with our new Optima. I have had my SUV for a couple of years now and with the amazing rebates and options available with the Kia line, (never looked at Kia's prior to Tommy's mention of them), I am eager to see what type of SUV he would suggest for a mother of two. We did not plan to purchase when we went in. We were tossing around ideas of maybe purchasing around tax time. However, with hearing everything about the Optima that Tommy told us, we had no doubt we became ready right then and there. I can promise that when I receive my tax return in a couple of months, I will definitely be going to see Tommy to trade in and up to a Kia! Chris Swisher gave us incorrect information I specifically wanted a car that had satellite radio as I listen to it all the time & had also just paid a 6 month subscription to Sirius XM. When lo I specifically wanted a car that had satellite radio as I listen to it all the time & had also just paid a 6 month subscription to Sirius XM. When looking at the 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander I asked Mr. Swisher if this car came with satellite radio & told him why I was asking. All I had seen on the radio itself was a button for "radio" - no button for satellite. He confirmed that the car did in fact come with satellite radio & I simply trusted him & didn't check the radio out at length. He simply wanted the sale - didn't know what the car came with or didn't come with - just wanted my money. I've bought several cars from Ray Skillman. Lesson learned - never again. More
