There was a little hiccup with the financing, but Joe worked to make it right, and the GM Chuck DeWitt, came over to me and assured me it would all work out; he even came and checked on me while the financing paperwork was redone. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and made me feel right at home. I traded in a Nissan that I truly loved; but when I test drove the Nissan Rogue and then compared it to the Kia Sportage, I was so excited about the pick up on the Sportage, compared to the Rogue; there was no choice for me but to get the Sportage!
