Tommy was instantly on it, he showed me vehicles that fit exactly what I wanted, Although I didn’t pull the trigger on the same day. Tommy spent a lot of time researching what would be a good fit for my family based on our needs. He went above and beyond, he sent us numerous vehicles and continued his search until he found us the perfect fit, our Kia Sedona. It fit all of my requirements and then some. We came in the store after he had our vehicle instantly transferred to his location, same day! We sat down with Duane, who was also wonderful, and went through the process quickly and efficiently and they worked with our numbers. I haven’t ever left a dealership feeling so good about my purchase. They weren’t pushy at all and I never felt like I was getting cheated. I actually felt quite the opposite. So excited I finally got a mini van I went to Ray Skillman Kia hoping to find a mini van. My Sportage was to small for my growing number of grandkids. After going to several other dealers with the promise that they could get us the payment we wanted, we walked out without, We got a call from Ray Skillman South Side and were promised the same thing. We were skeptical but decided to try again. I talked to Josh Carlson and he told me he could locate the color that we wanted. We went in to talk to Conner Lopardo and were greeted by a very friendly salesperson. He didn't make us feel pressured to buy. He let us take one they had on the lot for a test drive and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and it's features. We talked with him and the finance manager Duane and they were very helpful in getting us the payment we needed. When we came back to pick up our vehicle we were again greeted by Conner. He took us out to our vehicle and again went over the features with us. He told us that if we had any other questions or concerns to give him a call. We are very happy with the service we received and our vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
