Dianne was very helpful as we explained our needs for a family car. In the end we purchased two cars from the dealership -- 1 new and 1 used -- simultaneously. We had a 2007 acadia whose lease was up. We were looking for another acadia with a reduction in payments. That was somewhat a conflict of interest in that we are buying a new car with a reduction in monthly for another acadia with a reduction in payments. That was somewhat a conflict of interest in that we are buying a new car with a reduction in monthly payment. Jesse was very patient and helpful in getting us to that point. By eliminating options we didn't need, we were able to achieve our goal. Jesse was very knowledgeable about the features of the 2010 acadia and how to get to our acceptable price. He has been very good about explaining the new features of the 2010 model. More
